Out of interest, if I wanted to work on improving my knowledge in a structured way, is there anything you would suggest.

I suppose I need some structure to my learning. At the same time I have heard a lot of bad press about the courses on this topic.

I am strong believer in learning on the job, but at the same time as I am getting older it's more and more difficult to sit down and study.
