Judging by your username, is it safe to assume that you hope to be able to promote your proxy services here?
If so, please be aware that you must be an approved resource vendor before you can do that. It's really easy to submit an application, though. Free for one company rep, too.
Applications go through the approval process quickly if you have all the requirements in place before submitting your application.
