Google's Chrome (the new IE bully browser of today) is a highly manipulative browser that is favored by over 60% of Internet users so these finding can't be ignored.

So what really matters to reach this segment of internet users today?

User personas
Localization (when applicable)
Leverage of an individual's prior search history (almost impossible -- unless your name is Google)

You have to concentrate more on user behaviors in search because the individual's search results may make or break you when they are using Chrome ...

How to do this is the great unknown but the SEO charlatans are working on the witch doctor's brew :D
