I know that in the past, obtaining PR from dynamic pages on CMS's such as phpnuke and pn was difficult so many sites use a google tap module that mimics static .html in the url address.
I've considered using google tap myself but have noticed a noticeable increase in PR jump in my webforums even though the urls are usually tougher to index such as:
http://www.lifesupporters.com/modules.php?name=Forums
Are the Serps getting better at indexing dynamic pages/urls?
I was just wondering because my forums really never ranked an all of a sudden jumped up to 2 or higher in one update with no linking other than the main page of that site and network wide linking in the footer of each website to PR sites ranging from 0 - 5 of 10.
Thoughts?
