Google PR Algo leaked

Some sources are claining that part of this recent Google PR update algo was leaked (see more info here).

Do you think this was true, if so do you think this would affect next PR update in any way?

Personally i don't understand the code but if what people are saying about it is true it would be too ludicrous to be true...

The aspect of the code i found silly is this: $newpagerank=rand(0, 10); its basically saying either the site is PR0 or givent PR10, that is very funny.

What i'm getting is that anyone listed at 45n5.com/top100/ gets a random pr between 0 and what they had before and everyone else gets a random pr between 0 and 10 !!!
