Google Like Network for CPA Offers?

Can I purchase a domain and forward to the CPA offer page on the Display Network Or its like another way for them to ban account?

If your network allows you to direct link to an offer i don't personally see any harm at all in this.

Yes you can do so but only on the condition if your network allow you to do so. there is no problem at all in doing this.
