Google Kickout

I have a blog being launched just 2 months before. [link removed]
One Day i checked in morning, some of my posts were doing good on Google. Even for some Keywords they were on first page of google. And just in the evening, they became totally out from Google. I even tried to search them with full title, but they are even not indexed on Google.
My Blog with some of POsts is still indexed, but some Posts have been kickedout. Can some body tell me what can be the reason?

Maybe you were found in violation of a Google ToC. If you're positive that you're not, request for a consideration. You can do that via the Dashboard of the Google Webmaster Central.

It may be due to several issues. Check whether your site is indexed or not. Get good quality backlinks from relevant sites. Definitely, Google will recognize your efforts.
