Google adwords; Inaccurate DisplayURL error

I've just started another PPC campaign with google (I've only had 3). They've disapproved my ad due to an inaccurate display URL.

What I've done is forward my domain to a merchant landing page (I'm testing so I didn't want to purchase a domain). I then put the exact same thing in the display URL as the destination URL.

Is this not allowed? I've heard yes and no.

I don't think it is not allowed.
Maybe you can try to put a shorter url for your display URL.
But for the destination URL, put the exact url when the users click on the adword ad.
