I think you have to post like hell to make any significant money from Google ad sharing forum. It could be and incentive for younger webmasters. And experienced webmaster might as well just start his own forum, post like hell to it and slap adsense on it, he will make more money that way than by posting at ad sharing forum.
I do not think posting habit of members of the forums that offer this services is affected much.
