Good VPS for Europe and Asia (Tier 2 Countries)

Hi there,

I'm going to be starting affiliate marketing soon and I need a good VPS.

I'll be starting in tier 2 countries (Europe and some of Asia)

I've looked at beyondhosting, liquidweb, blue hosting and wiredtree although their locations are in the USA.

I've also looked at digital ocean, vultr, linnode and ramnode, what are they like for hosting?

Can someone recommend me very good alternatives to the USA servers I mentioned above?
