Hi Is there any Good Pay Per lead Program Out there?

I'm Looking for many pay per lead programs that only require 1 page signup without credit cards.

Is there any program like that.

So far i found some on CJ. However i'm looking for more.

Have you tried AffSpy and/or OfferVault? They let you shop and compare offers across most of the popular networks. So you can plug in the words "free trial" or "pay per lead" or "insurance quote" or whatever and it will show you all the offers complete with payouts, landing pages and everything.

Last I knew they were both free but I have not used either for awhile.

I told them I'd be doing PPC. I called them up and they where really nice about it. Then the next day I was approved.
