Gambling with Facebook Allowed?

Hi! I've never had any concrete answer (not even from my AM ) and I don't know how to contact Facebook via email

Question is simple: Can I advertise a legal/legit gambling website? They say that I have to target +18 years old people to promote these websites, but the information is very confusing

If your ad gets disapproved then you obviously cant... try with 4-5 different adds for different offers. If they all get refused, then you probably cant

I tried that but problem is that coupon if only for accounts with -15 days so that's not a solution right now + i can get banned, and that's not what I want
