So I just got accepted by two CPA Networks. I am on a low budget and I was wondering how I could get free traffic to my CPA offer?

With social media though the process of acquiring free traffic is a bit slow if your not building up a lot of back links and ranking for keywords. I just started with my website called quarterstopounds.com. So far I've built a twitter, facebook, and pinterest account for this site. I was thinking about starting an Instagram too Only because of the hashtag field allows to drive traffic I suggest doing free traffic and really put the effort into it. Then use a $25-$50 budget and get some paid traffic. If you want to partner up message me.

I'm slowly getting people but I know I will have longevity with free traffic.
