I use a lot of forums to get backlinks and try to use:

<a href="http://www.redlinemaxed.co.uk">Richbrook Interior Styling</a>

Which is:

< a href="http://www.redlinemaxed.co.uk" > Richbrook Interior Styling < /a > without the gaps (If it displays properly).

Anyway, a lot of forums use BBcode or whatever else its called and you can only use tags like [ img ] or [ link ] (without the spaces). How do i get the "Richbrook Interior Styling" in there so that the backlink is worth more?

What about:

[/url=http://www.redlinemaxed.co.uk]Richbrook Interior Styling[//url]

Just remove the / within http and remove one of the / from [//url
