First question, from where we can get landers?

I've been spying couple of offers, found that lander page. can someone tell me here from where i can get these landing page, i was unable to rip that with HTTRack...

I believe there is source of providers, which i need to know.

if you are using firefox, just right click and click "save page as" than at save as type "Web page, complete" ...done.
take care java script on the pages...
