Finding the traffic

If you want to do a product review site how do you find where the most traffic/products are?

I would like to know how to find the most trafficked categories. How do you search for that?

Well depending on what networks you want to promote you go to your network and you see what are the most popular products .Then you watch also in what niche they are etc .For example in my case i go to clickbank and i search for products based on popularity or gravity
