Great tips, @TORO Advertising !

Draw in people, make them your peeps. That's how bonding between brand and customer happens in a pleasant way. :)
That's right!:) Plus, It's convenient to take into consideration the power of the groups on Facebook nowadays. Customers feel quite more comfortable by posting their queries, opinion, testimonial, etc. instead of reaching out to the business page. This way, groups pursue community building which ensures higher engagement and brand loyalty.

Although many people think that Facebook is dead and that it doesn't provide good results anymore, from my personal experience this isn't exactly true and there are great potentials here for using paid campaigns, but only if they have proceeded properly and if we do thorough research before we actually start creating some specific ads. For e-commerce products, this could be especially useful and the tips you highlighted can really be helpful here, especially the ones related to the usage of video content, connecting with the audience, and analyzing reports and metrics which can be a key to success in many different campaigns. And also, testing, testing, testing as the best method for getting best convesrions.
