Facebook ads not working. What i do wrong!!!!

Hello, I just finally got the heart to say I'm just going to just jump in and make a simple funnel and build from there. However 5 hours ago I boosted these two ads one to market someone and one for a cpa offer for coupons. So I wait up and I don't even have one impression. is there something I did wrong.

yes looks like i may have did something wrong i guess started another and then it worked and now im getting instagram feeds which i dont like because the link isnt clickable.
