I was checking Internet stats for a company for whom we support their I.T network.

Facebook was accessed around 1200 times between 9am and 12pm - WOW

I think companies need to start banning sites from being accessed.

Facebook is just starting to explode in popularity and if your site is in it, it helps it alot in the SERPs!!

Well not just facebook, and awful lot of peope waste their employers time on facebook and other social networking sites, not to talk of porn sites

I understand what you are saying but i thought I would say that!! I like FaceBook!!

So you could setup a facebook account, add your details, including site details and then not use it and benefit wheni it comes to SERPS

I never use my work computer to go on personal sites. I go find something else to do. I don't like to and i have always hated using work computers it doesnt feel like my own.
