I have been having the best results with JuicyAds when it comes to adult. Test with both ad networks, you will know what performs better.

It was good old days last time with exo. But not sure recently as most of adult traffic sources is closing down, like what happened to wwpromoter. Make sure to do your research before pumping your money into their account.
