Excluding bad traffic on rules

Hi,

As we buy a lot of traffic, some from big DSP's, we still see some zones sending bad traffic... Bounce Rate of 98% and the DSP doesn't do anything about it... and why would they... $$$ How ever, we (our developers) want to setup some kind of firewall, which will exclude those zones from our auto media buying on itself! We already have been thinking about some thing's:

What we want to check on:
  • User Agents - Does someone have a list of known (bad) user agents, which we can use?
  • Bounce rate (Bouncerate above 80% will be auto blocked)
  • Fakers - Zones that send traffic, but it actually doesnt arive, or very small amount if it.
  • Iframe traffic - If the user enters the website by iframe, if so, we will block it.
  • Accepts cookie - If the larger portion of traffic doesnt accept cookie, we will block it.
  • JavaScript enabled - We will check if each user has JS enabled, if not - block.

Any of you got more tips? Will be much appreciated.
Btw, we already know about CVR % A/B testing etc... but within this topic, i'm more talking about the technical side of filtering.
