If you are looking for a free autoresponder, there are some decent ones that let you use their service for free up to X number of subscribers and X number of emails sent per month.
Well if you want to send emails just for entertainment and not make any money then use mailchimp but if you will send promotional emails ,like aff marketing for example be prepared to be banned .Or you can pay like 20$ per month and you can use getresponse ,aweber etc
