I agree, those are the top two. However, there are bulk emailers here in the forums who use other platforms. Depends on what you want to use it for.

I've had some extremely poor
Experiences with the get response landing pages and autoresponder, poor support and on and on, and get response does not refund your money either, However, On the other hand,
I've had nothing but very, very, good experiences with Aweber, awesome support and user experience, I barely ever had to contact support cause it (Aweber) was so easy to use.
MailChimp was happy to give me poor support too, days of awesome customer service gone,?

Aweber is free first month and support is awesome, Also note. That there are tons of integrations with Aweber and the setup is easy as well
