Maybe you should collect emails by yourself instead of buying a list? I mean, you will buy a list of people who won't care about whatever you want to sell to them, they won't be interested. I was collecting emails with this program and in the end I got addresses from people who will at least open a letter. So basically you type in keywords and the program finds relevant websites you can collect emails from.
