E-bay Classified Ads

Can somebody please help me?
I am looking to place some classified ads on E-bay using a merchants video as advertising.
I have however the following questions as i would like to capture my visitors e-mail addresses to build a list.

1: Should I ask my visitors to sign up on the classified ad page, if so how do I then redirect my visitors to the merchant site?
2: Should I send them to a page on my web site and then get them to sign up?
3: I use Aweber as my autoresponder so do I redirect the visitors who have signed up via a message I set up from them?

Any help would be much appreciated

The best way to capture visitor information and build list is to send traffic to your landing page. You mentioned that you have a video that you want to promote. Your best strategy will be to create a video squeeze page and ask visitors to enter their name and email for more information.

If you want to build your list it is highly recommended that you direct your ads to your landing page first. From your landing page you can setup the optin redirect in the aweber to your merchants page.

Using this strategy all your problems will be solved

1. video shown to prospects
2. lead capture
3. list creation
