Situations like this happens all the time. I remember not so long ago, a multinational ATM gang got a score of millions and to cash out they spread the word online that they were giving away money at an exact time. The purpose of this was because the money was flagged and the only way to cash out was by misleading the police.
Lot of mulls join and at the exact time all run to the nearest ATM for withdraw and it was a success, police were unable to track everyone in multiple countries and the money was lost. The reason for this story is that some of the mulls went to facebook flashing the cash and they were arrested.
