Does anyone have any experience with small business lending affiliate programs?

Hello,

I'm hoping to build a business around small business lending. My dream is to build a site where I host a loan application, and then post the submission data to lenders in real time. Is this a viable model? If so, I'd love to chat with someone who has experience in this area and learn about best practices, landmines, etc.
