I just googled about 7search and they all discussed that 7search have fake traffic.
Is this right?

Not really they do provide you enough traffic filters that you can easily eliminate fraudulent traffic , One more thing yes they say it because they think getting conversions is as easy as creating an ad and adding money in account ... it needs you to work to buildup successful campaigns happens with every traffic source .,.

Almost all traffic sources have fake/fraudulent traffic, all you need to do is test, track, optimize and weed out the bad traffic.
