Do you have to have an affiliate disclaimer on every article?

I want to make sure I am correct about this.
If I write blog articles that will link to an affiliate marketing site, do I need to have a disclaimer every time?
What about your website, in general, does there need to be a disclaimer somewhere on the home page?

The safe bet is to have an Earnings Disclaimer page and have a link to it in the footer of every page, much like TOS & Privacy pages. Anytime you are promoting, or have the appearance of promoting anything that can be considered an earnings opportunity.

I have every type of disclosure and disclaimer for all of my content sites and in my funnel pages as well.
