Directory submit software?

Is there any freeware that will submit your link and description to a list of directories? As long as they are dorectories and not faa pages or major search engines then there shouldn't be an SEO problem? right?

A very thin line separate FFL from directories. Most good quality directory submission services are not free. The is an organisation called ISEDN , they provide a utility that adds your site to members who's directory are free, you can find ISEDN homepage here: http://www.isedn.org
