Direct Mail vs Online Sales Powered by Affiliates

Hello all,

I'm an old hand at direct marketing (mail & classifieds) and have just jumped feet-first into online sales where growth will be powered by an affiliate program.

I'm very interested to see how this little internal competition works out....and would appreciate any feedback form others with similar experience.

Welcome to 5 Star. Well it will depend partly on the product and partly on how well you implement your affiliate program, how successful you are at recruiting super affiliates and how good your site is at conversions.

With affiliate programs, as with most other things in life and in business,
you typically get back what you put in. If you dont put the right kind of time and resources into the affiliate program the results could be pretty dismal.

If its the right type of product and you do things right the results could far surpass other direct marketing methods with a MUCH HIGHER ROI!
