For those of you who are selling your own digital product whether that's a course, ebook, or any other digital product, and using a payment processor like Paypal or Stripe how do you deal with and/or process refunds?
Do you even offer refunds for your digital product?
You do the form and issue the refund.
Refunds are not counted chargeback transactions however excessive refunds may get your account closed. More than 4% of translations refunded is excessive IDK. Ask them?
