Start with the feed format JSON, XML, CSV and
what you want to use it for --

• DB (MySQL,
  
• other relational),
  
• polling and formatting to be included in an HTML (or other format).

If it's for word press the easiest thing to do is use a plugin (parser) <(ROLLS EYES>)

Used a WP import plug-in parser.
