That's so the so called SEO gurus have a 'diploma' mainly.

Remember; Most block lists, and many browsers by default, block Google-Analytics and Facebook Pixel as cross site tracking --so the measurement by their remote Java Scripts will not count them or their actions.

Also, you are allowing Google and Facebook to see your website's data in detail ...

I used the original Urchin Software Google bought out to make G-A work. It was hosted on our servers --Google had no access to our traffic data. It was written in Perl 20 years ago
The Software cost $10,000 for each version license ...
