Creating a new Landing Page - Need Advice

Hello all,

I am creating a landing page for a gaming offer that will convert in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, and some non-english speaking countries using ppv. My landing page has "play now", "play for free" buttons and then it occurs to me these countries are non-english speaking. Please do you think I should leave as is or translate these words to German for a better conversion. Just a little bit confused - it's my first time doing cpa+ppv.

I am by no means an authority on this but I would say translate, if you can. Imagine the situation reversed and you were shown a page in German.
