I re-purposed a blog post to fit a particular offer. I created about 8 Google text ads that are supposed to send traffic to that post. On the post I honor all the things I promised in the ad and warm them up to watch a video, which is the final LP. after that there is an order form.
Text Ad > Post > Video LP with order form at end.
The post makes sense to me. I don't know if it is good for marketing or not but it makes sense to me. How do I forget about the post and create a normal LP. I should be trying more than one LP, right? Do I need to create another persona to make it? should I just trim down the post and use some bullet points. Maybe I could just direct link it. I like the video, I would buy from it.
Also, I don't ask for the visitors email. There is no more to upsell them. This is a one off deal. should I find a reason to get it anyway. If I do, I think it puts a speed bump in the ad>post>video sequence.
