Who complains that they don't pay up?

For SOI/DOI offers, you are going to be initially capped. If you send poor quality leads and they don't back out for the advertiser, then you will be restricted from that offer. The advertiser will pay for your initial leads and review the quality (basically if they make money on them, you will be allowed to keep sending them).

If you send fraudulent leads, then this is a completely different story.

Nope! Not true. We're not really sure what you mean by this? That's not something we ever hear.

As for pay-per-lead programs, (in CR, we categorize them as 'DOI' for double-opt in and 'SOI' for single-opt in), it's certainly much more important to be mindful of the traffic you're sending.

No, not every lead you generate is going to convert to paid. You know this and we know this. We'll still pay you for all valid leads, but if there comes a point someone is promoting a PPL program and we're just not seeing the conversions here (from free user to paid), it's quite possible we'd ask you to stop promoting that offer. But the good news is.... we've got many more offers for you to choose from if that ever does happen! :)
