CPV lab and Google Adwards

i can`t add my CPV lab code such as

http://----/base.php?c=9&key=8fde7a666f196d25e87d8b32daba978f&keyword={placement}&ad={creative}

but google adwards accept only this

http://www.----.com/?url={lpurl}&id=5

and Facebook ads Rejected my website when add tracking website such as

http://----/base.php?c=9&key=8fde7a666f196d25e87d8b32daba978f&keyword={placement}&ad={creative}

can help me
