Cpm or cpi, please help :(?

Hey guys, im new to blogging, and like everyone , am dreaming of getting some dollars to meet out my growing expenses...
the problem is that im confused as to how should i set my blog(having google adsense) to display only cpm ads and not cpi's...
please help

ps: please also tell me that cpm is more profitable given that a writer writes quality articles

Usually, CPM ads don't pay as well as CPI/CPA or other performance based models, simply because the conditions for payment are easier to meet. I know of CPA offers paying 250 EUR / sale, but it involves credit card billing, so it's not that easy to convert. However, if you meet advertisers which are focusing on CPM, and if you have heavy traffic coming into your blog, then it could be easy money for you. But I'd recommend trying other models as well, because for good payouts and high traffic numbers, a 1% conversion rate could bring pretty money.
