It appears several CPA networks are cracking down and no longer accepting incentivized traffic. Sources rumble that Hydramedia, Clickbooth, PerfectPayCheck, Netblue and others have recently started pulling their incentive offers.
I strongly suspect the recent <a href="http://affiliate-blogs.5staraffiliateprograms.com/2007/05/03/free-offers-ftc-targets-valueclick/">Affiliate crackdown by the FTC on Free Offers</a> is at least part of the catalyst, in spite of the fact that affiliates are being told the moves are due to fraud.
