is it a good idea to buy a solo ad to run a cpa offer?

it's going to be tough to make it work first you need an offer that will allow it, second solos are not that cheap when it come to traffic say you buy 1000 it's like $400 you need a high conversion rate to make it work. But in the long run if you get them on your list it could work. They usually work for Clickbank type offers which are not CPA but CPS.
