Collecting emails using bannerads

I would like to know if anybody collects emails whilst promoting through banner ads.

Can i input a banner between and offer page or would that effect conversions dramatically ?

Yes, you can do such by emails. Promoting through banner in between , just find some email generator site who gives you the access to use their services.
