Classified ads can give you a backlink if they are authentic or have good DA, otherwise, it will not as useful as earlier.

Well i dont think clasfied sites are useful for seo .Oly if you want to receive some traffic

Well, Now nobody uses classified ads to rank their site coz classified ads are worthless if they don't have high DA & PA.

You can use many other link building instead of classified ads.
