CJ Product Catalog Merchant Pricing

I've been searching high and low and can't seem to find anywhere that mentions the set up fee charged to merchants by Commission Junction for enabling their Product Catalog feature.

Does anyone know what CJ typically charges merchants for this feature? Is it a one-time setup fee, or ongoing in addition to their take of the commissions?

Any insight as to your experiences with CJ's pricing policies for merchants wanting to add product catalogs would be greatly appriciated!

That's something I should have run across as I used to manage a couple CJ affiliate programs with feeds. But I think the feeds had already been set up prior to me coming on, so I'm not sure. Somewhere I'm thinking I heard it's a one-time set up fee. I don't think there's an ongoing fee, but you should check with them to be sure.
