Cheapest Hosting Available Today

Which hosting companies which are still reliable would you say has the most inexpensive prices out now? I'm looking for hosting so I could experiment, and I'd rather not pay too much just to do so. I'm open to moving to a more expensive host in the future when I get the hang of things, if you guys would say that it's advisable. Would you say that hosting companies that have higher prices are worth it, if so, which companies would you say fall into this category? Also, it would be nice if they accept Paypal as well.

Am currently using Hawk Host and it's pretty inexpensive and so is Namecheap hosting. There are coupon codes for 50% and 40% off for both, so don't forget to use them.

Thanks! I'll be scouring the web for these codes now, but even if they aren't available, I can wait. I just found out that I should do some local testing first, but still I'll probably be buying from one of these two companies when the time comes. I've heard many great things about NameCheap, but this is the first time I'm hearing of Hawk Host, aside from your other posts. And I think I will definitely give them a try soon.
