Can't find the way to register as a vendor

Hello, I just registered at AffiliateFix. I'm a vendor

I was told in the first message: "All vendors are required to register their business in our Resources area before they are allowed to solicit or recruit from our membership" But I actually can't find the way to register myself as a vendor. Can you help me please?
