Cant believe how this bing ad triggered

I happened to see the following ad during my research, cant believe how it got approved , triggered etc ..

I dont mean to ask how to get rid of it ( I could get rid of it perhaps by refreshing the browser ).
I just wanted to hear other opinions about how this ad got triggered.

I think this has been auto- approved somehow, sometimes my ad gets imps and clicks immediately as well...Well, my one looks much better usually

Oh, gosh! I've never heard of such a thing. Guess I'm lucky then, have never had this happen.
