Can I use Public IP for landing page instead of domain name??

Hello,

I am a newbie here, I'm planning to start my new campaign and hosting a landing page for the same. I'm using AWS cloud for hosting but not registered a domain name yet, so need your guidance for the same, can I go with the public IP for the landing page? Does it work?

when it comes to hosting your landing pages, it's always better to use a domain name.

You could use a server IP but it looks suspicious and https (TLS Certificates) are not in the 'system' as signed and accepted by browsers without manually adding the (self-signed) cert to your browser.

I like www.namesilo.com the pricing is good to register a domain name. They have a lot on Newer gTLD domain names for a few dollars for the first year --if you are not going to really develop the domain and brand it. Cheap way to start out.
