The point is that I have become genuinely interested in this topic, and I would like to develop and grow in it. At the moment, I am only filling teasers, coming up with texts, and working with pictures, and that's where my functionality ends. I want more, but my friend, who is also my boss, says that it's too early for me and that I shouldn't rush, adding that traffic has dropped now and we need to wait. My question is: How would you assess this situation, and what would you recommend I do in my free time to develop my skills? I have a lot of free time. When I asked my friend about this, he said I just need to wait a little.
