That means that they not reliable?
Also they are listed in offer vault.com

I have no personal experience with them to cite ...

• Contact them and try and see if you want to get involved.
  
• Check their address location --see if it's a real office or a postal drop
• Check to see if the have a listed business phone and that it is a landline and not a Skype phone number or some other suspicious VOIP

if you READ their terms and conditions they claim the jurisdiction of Spain with no physical address given.
